Terms & Conditions
In purchasing any program on this site or through affiliates and any third-party payment processor:
- Digital Product Acknowledgment: I understand that I am purchasing a digital product. By completing this purchase, I agree to pay the listed price in full.
- Payment Obligation: I acknowledge my responsibility to fulfill the payment obligations associated with this purchase. Any failure to meet the conditions of this Agreement may result in legal action.
- Legal Fees and Expenses: I understand that I will be responsible for any legal fees and expenses incurred by Hey U Human, LLC in efforts to obtain full payment, should I fail to meet the conditions specified in this Agreement.
- No Copy or Redistribution: The purchased digital product is for personal use only. I agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the product without explicit written consent from Hey U Human, LLC.
- All Sales Are Final: I acknowledge that all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued once the purchase is completed.
- Non-transferable License: The purchase grants me a non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal purposes only. Any attempt to transfer or sublicense the product without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
- Intellectual Property Rights: I acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, associated with the digital product are owned by Hey U Human, LLC.
- Modification or Alteration: I agree not to modify, alter, or create derivative works based on the purchased digital product without explicit written consent from Hey U Human, LLC.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In addition to the terms outlined above, the following conditions apply specifically to membership purchases:
- Membership Definition: For the purpose of this agreement, a Membership refers to a monthly membership without an ongoing commitment for continued payment. This does not include programs that are purchased on a defined payment plan.
- Payment Plan Definition: A Payment Plan is an agreed-upon amount of time for a pre-defined and agreed-upon term. You agree to satisfy each payment throughout the term of the Payment Plan.
- Monthly Membership Terms:
- Your monthly membership begins on the date of payment and automatically renews on that date each month until you request to cancel.
- There is no ongoing commitment to your monthly membership, and you can cancel at any time.
- To cancel your membership, please submit a 48-hour cancellation notice before your membership renewal by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the program until the end of your respective billing cycle. No refunds will be issued.
- Usage Rights for Digital Content:
- Upon payment, you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to use the Digital Content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You are not authorized to copy, store, transfer, and burn the Digital Content only for personal, non-commercial use.
- You agree not to infringe on the rights of the Digital Content’s copyright owner and not to redistribute, sell, broadcast, rent, share, adapt, license, or otherwise transfer the content.
- The Digital Content embodies the intellectual property of a third party and is protected by law.
- Final Sale and Refund Policy:
- All sales related to memberships are final, and no refunds will be given.
By proceeding with the membership purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these specific membership terms and the general purchase terms outlined above. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of membership access and legal action.
