What Is Somatic Breathwork™ (SBW)?

SBW™ is a powerful method that — like RRT — facilitates emotional and stress release from the body.

During this 90-minute guided session, participants can release stressors, overwhelm, and stuck emotions that have laid dormant within the body from years of build-up, simply utilizing the breath.

Preparation Tips To Consider

When you sign-up for a session, consider the following factors when picking a timeslot. 

  • YOUR SPACE: Be sure you can create a space where you can be fully present, uninterrupted for 90 minutes and can lay on the floor or a yoga mat during your session.
  • YOUR VISIBILITY: In order for us to properly facilitate this session with you, you must be on-camera and visible in your space where you set up your phone or computer.
  • YOUR EXPERIENCE: Be sure to have some high-quality headphones you can wear during the session.
  • YOUR HEALTH: If you have a history of seizures, please do not participate without your Doctor’s consent.
  • YOUR TECHNOLOGY: We use ZOOM to facilitate these sessions. Before the event, please be sure to create a FREE account and ensure the program is downloaded onto your preferred device.
