We know that humanity is facing a significant mental health crisis. We have never had more research, support, and funding available for mental health initiatives. Yet we have never been more stressed, more burnt-out, and more overwhelmed. We know that our next generation is showing even worse trends. We know all of this. But we have yet to understand the problem at its core.
On Day 1, we will break down the real reason we are seeing a decline in mental health and human wellness (spoiler: it has nothing to do with pandemics, work-life balance, or disconnecting).

It doesn’t matter if it’s overwhelm, depression, burnout, and stress – or body aches and pains, digestive issues, annoyances, and poor sleep. This solution is the missing piece to humanity.

The good news is on Day 3 we are going to walk you through how to apply the solution in your day-to-day life. It doesn’t matter if it’s at work, in leadership, with clients, or in your personal life or parenting experience – we will be breaking down how to use this solution to eliminate stress, overwhelm, frustration, anxiety, worry, irritation (etc.) at the tap of your finger (literally).
